Kilpatrick Townsend Elects Mark Riedy to Partner

Partnership Effective January 1, 2015

WASHINGTON, DC (January 8) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the election of Mark Riedy to its partnership effective January 1, 2015.

Mr. Riedy is resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office and is Co-Team Leader of the firm's Energy, Project Finance & Technology Team. He primarily focuses his practice on U.S. and international project development and finance and private placement representation of renewable and conventional energy, clean technology, environmental and infrastructure clients.

Mr. Riedy’s clients principally represent developers, lenders, EPCs, O&Ms, equipment providers, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds.
